Departments requesting a refund of a charge (ShopNet, CE, etc), should complete the below form.  Please allow up to 7 days for processing.  Once completed, the student/client will receive the funds back to the original card of payment within 3-5 business days.

Please note, we are unable to refund a charge that is older than 6 months.  Please request a refund via MagnusMart.  One form should be submitted for each separate refund request.
